I have 3424 CashFiesta points. That's about five dollars or something, I think. If CashFiesta works out, I may have found my way of getting the money I need to buy the things I greedily want (oh by the way, did I mention I want to buy DDR for PS?) without doing any real work. Actually, depending on what the work IS, I don't really mind working. For instance, if someone were to pay me to draw pictures or write stories or do web design or *VOICE ACT*, I would happily do the "work" required. ...however, in order for someone to pay me to do any of that stuff, they'd first have to be convinced that I was actually talented enough to a lucrative extent in one or more of those areas. Hypno-suggestion, anyone? Not that I think I suck or anything, eh! I don't really think I'm really good or bad. Like, say there's a continuum of art, and halfway is just art, before that is bad art, and beyond that is good art, I think I'd be in the good half, but not like way at the excellent edge or anything. Maybe 60% or something. ... ._. I feel like I shouldn't have put that in a journal for everyone to read. I can't think of a reason why not. I just feel like I shouldn't have. O_O

I went to this weird site after doing a search for "Brad Swaile" called "Cybercats' Shrine". I can't figure out exactly what it's supposed to be, as all the characters are "copyrighted" but they're all just mismatched anime and VA names. (For instance, one is named "Ryoga Swaile" o_o ) The girl (I guess it's a girl, I'm not really sure) talks about how she will "sue your butt" if she sees any of those characters on another site since they are after all her copyrights. o_o And one of the "Ryoga Swaile" pictures says it was coloured by "my friend Brad Swaile". o_o So I wrote her an e-mail and I go like, "do you REALLY know Brad Swaile...?" and she (again, I'm only guessing that it's a she) goes like "Yes I know Brad, but I haven't heard from him in a while" or something. Kinda weird. Anyway, as well as being *pretty* sure he didn't colour that picture, I also hope he didn't, because the colouring job wasn't so very beautiful XO And I hope that my dear Brad doesn't suck at colouring o_o Probably he wouldn't, because he is, after all, a graphic design student at Kwantlen University College! *pose* (voice from back: "SILLA, YOU PSYCHO WOMAN STALKER, WHY DO YOU KNOW SUCH A THING") It's because I did searches for Brad Swaile and I found a site of the Canadian Brewers Association's Responsible Drinking Campaign contest for the Youth of Canada and Brad Swaile was the finalist from Vancouver!!! Friday night, I had a dream that we went to Taco Cabana. ._. I thought maybe it was a prophetic dream, but if so, I'm a false prophet because that night we went to Popeye's, not Taco Cabana. I'm the false prophet anyhow, cos see one time on the choir ski trip AnJa revealed her childhood fear that she herself was the Antichrist O_o So then we all adopted end time-type stuff... LeAnn (this chick) was Satan, AnJa of course was the Antichrist, I was the False Prophet... either Sara or Mel was the Beast, and White G (my former fiancee) and Amanda fought over who got to be the Whore of Babylon. ^_^()()()()()()
Pet shop anecdote time!! We went to Petland the other night and there were three kittens: Grey striped, orange striped, and black. The orange one was friendly, the black one was lazy, and the grey one was scared. u_u They were all very cute and I loved them. The black one I would name Tonberry, the orange one should be named Rufus, and the grey one, Enjolras. Also there were baby birds-- an African Gray, a macaw, and some cockatiels. They were very cute even though they looked kind of ugly because their feathers weren't all grown o_o The macaw was weird because it was just a baby, but it was all huge o_o And one of the cockatiels was sooo cute because the macaw got upset and was yelling and stuff and the cockatiel put its wing around it to help it calm down ^___^ ...and also there was this sort of greenish bird, really pretty, called a Patagonian Conure that mum really loved, and I liked it too. And there was this little black puppy that was a Yorkshire terrier and poodle mix and it was sooo precious, it had the sweetest little face!!! And also there were ferrets. I like ferrets. I think they're cute. XD Then there was a Siberian Husky that was sooo pretty *_* It had the most gorgeous eyes-- one was blue, the other was half blue, half brown. Also, bunnies. They were very soft. I also love fish, but this Petland was new so they hadn't finished the fish section yet, so I can't talk about those. Yeah. *blink*
AnJa bought a new computer today to take with her to college. Isn't that nice? She set it up and hooked it up with the Ethernet thing so we're both online at the same time. Actually, it was already like that with the other computer, but she unhooked that one and hooked in her new one and Dad's gonna get another cable so all three computers can be online at a time x_x Unfortunately, that un-networked the other PC, so I just scanned something and I had to save it to a floppy disk and bring it across the room instead of just saving directly >:o
Ah! Coloured pencils. I didn't know where they were. I looked many places. I was greatly distressed should they be gone. Last night I got up at 2.30 in the morning (you know what I mean) because I couldn't sleep and trashed my room (again) looking for them o_o Then this morning AnJa comes in and wants me to go out computer shopping, and it was like 11 something and I'd barely woken up. And I told her about how I'd gotten up and looked for my coloured pencils, and she thought maybe they were in her room. So she went to go look for those and yells (from her room) "Will you go shopping with us if I find them?" and I said "Yes" and she said "What?" and I said "Yes" and she said "Was that a yes?" and I said "Yes..." and then she came in holding the coloured pencils because they were in her room XO Anyway I was very happy and I went out shopping with them, which is where and when the new computer was bought. Yeah. We took it home and then went back out to eat at EZ's =D And after that we went to Petland again =D Somebody had bought the orange kitten, but everyone else was still there and I still loved them ^_^ They have Emperor Scorpions, and their aquarium thing has little logs in it that they all hang out in, so I bent down to look at the hollow log absolutely *full* of scorpions. Really, it looked like someone's horrid nightmare o_o So I showed mum, dad, and AnJa XD
Now, I speak of the previous week about which I have not previously spoken. ...well I don't feel like talking about all of it. It was a fun week, and I needn't have fretted about staying with Chris. Yaaay. Also, I watched the movie (non-musical) version of Les Mis. I wouldn't have thought it was possible to make any adaptation of Les Mis without Eponine, but they managed it x_x The acting and casting were all very good, but whoever wrote the script seriously needs to die. Geoffrey Rush was awesome as Javert, but they really made his character a *LOT* meaner than he was in the book OR the musical. I'm guessing they just wanted to have an obvious "bad guy," but really, Javert's not at all BAD despite being the antagonist of the main good guy, you know? ...anyway, they just made him really, really mean. Whereas for real he's all into justice, which means NO being cruel, and NO being merciful, only being just, you know? But he did a lot of mean things in the movie which he never did really ;_;
I don't like Claire Danes O_o The cleft in her chin gives me a complex. *blink*
...anyway, as to the movie, it was almost identical to the book up to Champmathieu's trial, except for somewhat minor additions like mean Javert and Valjean not being able to read (what the heck?).... but after that, it bore almost no resemblance whatsoever to the book OR the show O_O Aiyaa!
I want the Blink limited series but stupid comic store sold out of it before I even knew it existed because my comic books always get here late! Curses. Also, it seems Blink is getting her own ongoing series next year =D!!!! BLINK IS COOL!!!! They better release the Blink limited series in a collection thing so I can buy it. Otherwise, they'll be punished.
So anyway, now that I have my coloured pencils, I coloured my drawing that's a present for Veneliza ^_^ Dig it. Unfortunately, the colouring job partially sucks u_u() The pencil sharpener acted up, and... stuff. Also, this version for some reason doesn't look as good colour-wise as the real one. For instance this makes it look like I only used two colours on Tasuki's hair, when I actually used like four >:o ...By the way, if you're wondering why all the drawings linked to on this entry aren't on my server but rather on Infinity Network, it's because someone screwed up the server and I can't upload anything o_x But Yoshi RUKES (hi Peppy!) and is letting me use her server in the mean time!!! Yoshi, I LOVE YOU!!!! (but not that way!!!)
I dun-really feel like writing anything else. Andromeda will be on in a little over an hour XD I think I'll go start colouring my drawing of Blink while I wait XD
