Mehhh. I'm on the PC that I don't love again and I just got back from day 3 of choir camp and it's ::checks computer clock:: 1.00 in the afternoon. Well, it's actually 10.18 pm but the clock on this computer only runs when the computer is on because of a Y2K glitch o_x

Choir camp sucks. Well, it's actually pretty cool, it just sucks for me because I'm not into this sort of thing. At least I'm learning the music... ¬_¬ OH AND the music all sucks this year tooo!!!!!! Last year we had cool music, there was an Italian piece, Russian, German, and a bunch of groovy stuff, and only one song that sucked. But this year there are like... 8 songs.... three in English I think, and the rest are *all* in Latin. Now, I dig Latin, I study it in school and everything, but... five songs??! Some official type was like "Don't you guys think the variety is great this year?" and I'm like "Hail no!!" but I didn't say anything... because that would be rude.

Plus I have a personal bias against some songs in Latin because I'm classically trained, and the real Latin pronunciation is very different from the "church Latin" you sing in. And two of the songs are settings of "Sanctus" and "Ave Maria," (of which there are about 17,000 settings each) and we did both a Sanctus and Ave Maria in choir last year. And I liked both of the settings we did in choir better than the ones we're now doing for district. >_< Oh, and there's also a Jubilate Deo. This is the third year in a *row* we've had a Jubilate Deo for district! Last year the J.D. was cool, but this year it's not, and the first year it also wasn't. What's with all this, eh!!

There's also this song called "We Are the Music Makers." Ohhhhdearlordsaveusall. It is such a bad acid trip. AnJa read through it and when she finished she just said "...I'm sorry." Fah!! I say, Fah!

Plus they also said there was a Chick-fil-A on campus and THERE'S NOT, there's only a Burger King which is an ikkiness to me, so I was standing in line for BK with Stephen and Lauren (people I know), and Stephen was like "Hey, I think there's another line over there that's shorter," and I couldn't see cos it was behind a plastic thingie. He went over and then he came and said "It's short, and the food is good!" so Lauren and I got out of line and went over. It was this deli thing... and some sort of... cultural... food thing.... and they were both SOOO GROSS and expensive so I hit Stephen with my wallet for making me get out of the Burger King line. Since you pay up front, they had some ready-made sandwiches at BK for people who weren't getting a special order, and since the line was *really* long and thanks to Stephen I'd lost my place (stupid Stephen!) I just got one of those. However, I eat burgers with only ketchup, and of course since it was ready-made it had mayo and tomato and lettuce and pickle and onions and all the stuff I hate on burgers. So I wiped it off with a napkin, but it was still a grossness to me, but better than the stuff they had in the line Stephen found (stupid Stephen!).

Stephen was trying to sing part of the "Finale" from Les Mis, and he kept screwing it up even though I taught him many times. Curse you, Stephen!! CURSE YOU

Lots of stuff happened today, but I don't feel like writing about it for some reason -_- I tried again to beat Deus and I still lost because I SUCK.

One final note about yesterday, I guess. AnJa went to Borders and bought two (2) books: The Book of Five Rings by Miyamoto Musashi (hurrah!!!) and...
